Our masks are assembled and tested in our Texas manufacturing site. We are located outside Dallas, TX, and we ship our products throughout the United States. Our masks are available through our online store or by contacting us directly below.

USA Produced Materials

High quality materials make high quality masks. Our 3-ply masks are made with American fabrics. We combine spunbond outer layers around a meltblown polypropylene filter layer to produce a breathable, waterproof mask.

Highest Quality

We test all of our materials before assembly, and then every mask is inspected by hand. Our masks are shipped in shrink-wrapped, closable boxes. Each mask includes a sturdy, formable nose wire that prevents glasses from fogging, and our ear loops are soft and elastic.

Did we say America too much? Good. Because it is really important to us. As you probably know, disposable face masks are in very short supply, primarily because today most mask manufacturing occurs outside of the US. We started Texas Mask to give Americans a better alternative. So, we started production right here in the USA. Today we focus on personal use, because every mask we build will help reduce the mask supply pressure on our community frontline emergency responders.

AMERICAN MANUFACTURING

All of our masks are currently made in a Texas factory. They will always be manufactured in the USA. This ensures security of supply and zero interruptions due to import/export issues. It also helps support our local economy and provides jobs in the USA.

AMERICAN MADE RAW MATERIALS

We strive to use 100% American made raw materials for our masks. Today we have over 95% American-made content in our masks and we continue to look for sources to help us reach our goal. USA manufactured materials helps us ensure security of supply.

QUALITY MATERIALS

We use heavier weight materials and premium filter media to ensure our face masks perform as expected. Our filter media is sample tested to make sure it meets our high standards.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT

Our company was started to support the needs of our local and national community by providing a quality disposable face mask at a reasonable price. To help us meet that need we used crowdsourcing to help us start and increase our mask production.
